Return & Refund Policy – Islamify

At Islamify, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns / Replacements

Returns or replacements are only accepted in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Missing items in the package

  • Manufacturing defect

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

  • A clear full unboxing video is mandatory from the moment the sealed package is opened until all contents are shown.

  • The video must be continuous, unedited, and clearly show the shipping label and product condition.

  • Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for refund, replacement, or support review.

3. Time to Report Issues

  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Please contact us with your order number, issue details, photos, and unboxing video proof.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong address provided by customer

  • Refused delivery orders

  • Minor color variation due to screen display differences

  • Used, damaged, or altered products after delivery

  • Personalized/customized products (if any)

5. Refund Process

  • If your claim is approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time may take 5–7 business days depending on bank/payment provider.

6. Replacement Process

  • If eligible, a replacement product will be shipped at no extra cost, subject to stock availability.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • For COD orders, approved refunds may be processed through bank transfer / UPI after verification.

8. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), return shipping charges, if applicable, will be borne by Islamify.

  • In some cases, customer may be asked to self-ship the product first.
